We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to current shipping restrictions, we are unable to deliver to: The Bahamas, Yemen, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, and Syria.

2. Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $39 USD (excludes free promotional gifts).

Standard Flat Rate: $6 USD for orders under $39 USD.

Express Shipping Time: 3-8 Business Days.

 

4.Customs & Taxes

We try our best to ensure you don't have to pay additional import or customs taxes/duties, but sometimes this cannot be guaranteed.

If you are charged additional taxes/duties, you are responsible for payment. Unfortunately, Bethstar is unable to advise what taxes or duties may apply to international shipments. We are not responsible for any taxes/duties applied to your package.

For more accurate information, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected charges at your end.

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties, any refund issued will be deducted for the original shipping cost and return shipping fees.
